JIM KELLEY Jim brings a unique background to the commercial real estate industry with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience delivering solutions to top Fortune 500 companies. Prior to forming Champions DFW Commercial Realty, he worked in other brokerage firms throughout the Dallas and Northeast Tarrant County. His extensive professional background, resourcefulness and keen knowledge of the local market enables him to provide creative solutions and opportunities for his clients and stakeholders. Jim received a BBA Degree in Marketing from Abilene Christian University. He is also an active member of the NTCAR, TAR, BNI and AMA organizations. Jim and his wife, Melanie, live in Grapevine and celebrated the arrival of their son, Jackson Cash, in August of 2011. |
LISA AMEND
Lisa joined Champions DFW Commercial Realty in April of 2010. Prior to entering commercial real estate in 2006, Lisa spent over 20 years in business with several companies that included roles in sales, marketing, manufacturing and distribution. Her business career started in Industrial property management and capital improvements for a Fortune 500 firm in Irvine, California. Later, she opened and managed company operations for a wholesale distribution company co-owned and operated with her husband in Ontario, California. A Southern California native, Texas has become her official home. Lisa’s success in commercial real estate can be attributed to her extensive business experience and background.
Lisa has gained invaluable experience and knowledge in commercial real estate sales and leasing due to the diversity, complexity and number of closed transactions throughout Tarrant County and Dallas/Ft. Worth markets. Further, Lisa’s portfolio includes medical/dental and professional office, neighborhood retail, industrial and land.
A solid professional, Lisa’s strength in the industry has been her continued education in the ever-changing commercial real estate market. Lisa continues to demonstrate her knowledge of specific land uses and zoning by serving on the Zoning Board of Adjustments for the City of Southlake.
In addition to her sales and leasing background, Lisa brings a wealth of experience in property management including single and multi-tenant properties throughout Northeast Tarrant County including Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine and Keller.
Lisa is a member of North Texas Commercial Assn of Realtors (NTCAR), Texas Assn of Realtors (TAR), Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC), and Co-Star Group.
Lisa lives in Southlake with her husband and 3 daughters, Jennifer, Vanessa and Christina.
LENNIE SEGAL
Lennie Segal is the newest member to join Champions DFW Commercial Realty. Lennie has a diverse 25 year background of business and investment experience that has prepared him to serve the needs of his commercial real estate clients. His experience in owning and operating two highly successful small businesses gives him a thorough understanding of the workings of retail locations, office and warehouse spaces, equips him to approach those transactions with detailed knowledge of what his clients need. He also has experience in area cities new business approval processes and is prepared to work with clients.
Lennie is a member of the City of Southlake Chamber of Commerce, City of Keller Chamber of Commerce, North Texas Commercial Assn of Realtors (NTCAR), Texas Assn of Realtors (TAR) & Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC).
Lennie is happily married with two children, living in Keller. Lennie and his family like to camp, golf, travel and exercise.
JENNIFER SCOTT
Jennifer Scott, Marketing and Administrative Assistant, joined the Champions DFW Commercial Realty team in February 2012. Along with her other responsibilities, she oversees the day-to-day office administration for the company.
Prior to 2012, Jennifer has over ten years in the real estate industry as a property manager, mortgage processor and residential new home sales. Jennifer is from Franklin, Tennessee and moved to Texas in October 1999. She is married and has 4 children. Jennifer and her family take numerous trips to the beach, lake and they love to fish.
